Carlo Arguelles Architect/Director
Carlo leads the Design Build team with his background in architecture, economic assessments, strategic planning, coordination of policies and implementation strategies. He has had over 20 years experience working on projects leading cross coordination meetings with government engagements and the lead team involved. He has successfully taken case sensitive projects through all channels to completion and implementation including coordination between all incentive agencies.
Geraldine Lopez Granja Architect/Project Manager
Geraldine is an architectural designer and project manager in Belize. As one of the lead Architects at Design Build Belize, her primary focus is on design and project management. Geraldine's main role is to ensure a smooth transition from the concept of design to completion of the project. Operating within a design-build company has allowed her to sharpen her skills in creating designs that meet her aesthetical standards while keeping within budget.
Micheal Leiva Architect/Design Manager
Micheal is our team MVP, working meticulously to ensure all of our projects have a solid foundation based off of his measurements, initial drawings, and regular revisions. His calm confidence, attention to detail and friendly communication style keeps our projects running smoothly.
Michelle Flowers Accountant/Office Manager
Michelle's passion for organization and attention to detail brings great value to DBB. Michelle is the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate management of accounts, invoices, and payments, while also providing vital administrative support to the team. She strives to always discover the most efficient systems and processes and utilizes them to help the office run smoothly on a daily basis.
