Carlo Arguelles Architect/Director
Carlo leads the Design Build team with his background in architecture, economic assessments, strategic planning, coordination of policies and implementation strategies. He has had over 20 years experience working on projects leading cross coordination meetings with government engagements and the lead team involved. He has successfully taken case sensitive projects through all channels to completion and implementation including coordination between all incentive agencies.
Geraldine Lopez Granja Architect/Project Manager
Geraldine is an architectural designer and project manager in Belize. As one of the lead Architects at Design Build Belize, her primary focus is on design and project management. Geraldine's main role is to ensure a smooth transition from the concept of design to completion of the project. Operating within a design-build company has allowed her to sharpen her skills in creating designs that meet her aesthetical standards while keeping within budget.
