Carlo leads the Design Build team with his background in architecture, economic assessments, strategic planning, coordination of policies and implementation strategies. He has had over 20 years experience working on projects leading cross coordination meetings with government engagements and the lead team involved. He has successfully taken case sensitive projects through all channels to completion and implementation including coordination between all incentive agencies.
Geraldine Lopez Granja Architect/Project Manager
Geraldine exemplifies excellence in architectural design and project management at Design Build Belize. With a meticulous approach, she ensures a seamless journey from concept creation to project completion. Operating within a design-build environment, Geraldine masterfully balances aesthetic innovation with budget-conscious strategies, crafting designs that are both striking and practical. Michael Leiva Architect/Design Manager
Michael serves as a cornerstone at DBB, seamlessly blending architectural expertise with operational excellence. As the problem solver of the team, he adapts to challenges and ensures smooth workflow across departments. Overseeing the drafting department, Michael guarantees that all projects meet the highest standards before submission for approval, consistently delivering quality and precision. His skill set extends to 3D modeling and rendering, adding creative depth to his technical proficiency. With attention to detail and calm leadership, Michael supports the success of every project.
Michelle Flowers Accountant/Office Manager
Michelle serves as a pivotal force at Design Build Belize, leading the company’s financial and administrative operations with diligence and expertise. As the Director of Accounting Department, Michelle is entrusted with overseeing all receivables, payroll, and expense management, ensuring that financial obligations are met accurately and efficiently. Her commitment to fiscal responsibility and keen judgment make her an indispensable advocate for prudent spending, safeguarding the company’s resources and financial health.
In addition to her financial acumen, Michelle directs office operations, ensuring the seamless procurement of supplies, tools, equipment, and essentials that support the team’s productivity and well-being.
